Duncan Neblett, the appointed Port Aransas City Judge is also the elected Nueces County Precict 4 Justice of the Peace and Small Claims Court Judge.

 

Recently, there was a case filed in JP Court where a Paintiff Tenant claimed damages in the amount of $5000 from mold to her clothes. The Defendant, the City Owned Palladium Low Income Apartments has had a constant and continuing mold problem due to bad AC design.

 

The JP RULED FOR the Defendant, City of Port Aransas AND AGAINST the low income Plaintiff.
